AnimeNYC Cosplay Mini Photoshoot

AnimeNYC is upon us soon! Cosplayers looking to book a photoshoot can book a timeslot on this page. :) 

Please note that the photoshoot will take place in the surrounding outdoor areas around the Javits Center (like the Highline Park). I will not be taking photos inside the Javits Center this year to avoid competing with crowds for photo space inside. The first few photos of Chun-Li and Vega cosplays were taken at the Highline. The other photos are also samples of my work in outdoor daylight but were taken elsewhere at different locations (that are too far from Javits for this shoot). 

Package Details:

• 1-2 person 20min photoshoot
• 8-10 color-graded hires photos (I will make the top 10 selects.)
• 2 of the above selects will also be fully retouched (You will make this select.)
• For personal use 
• Total: $200
• You will have the option after the photoshoot to purchase any additional photos outside of the 10 included in this package at $35 per additional photo.

Agreement:

Weather: If it looks like it will rain that day, the shoots will be rescheduled to Sunday 11/20 afternoon (2pm till sunset). I will check the weather again on Friday 11/18 morning and let you know then if we need to move the shoot to Sunday. Please make sure when booking that this rain date possibility would work for you as well.

Usage: This package is for personal use and images (digital or printed) are not allowed to be sold. If you'd like to create and sell prints out of these, please discuss with me before ordering at helen@oceantakeflight.com 

Editing: Do not crop or alter images with additional filters over my final delivered photos. 

Lateness: Please be present and prepared for your shoot 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are late, the amount of time you are late for will be deducted from your total photoshoot time. That means if you are 10 minutes late, you will have 10 minutes of remaining shoot time. Please plan accordingly: Build in extra travel time to account for any possible travel delays and leave room in your schedule to wade through large traffic around the convention. 

Cancellations or no-shows: For any cancellations prior to a week before the date, 75% the package fee will be refunded and 25% kept as non-refundable retainer fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within a week of the event leading up to the day of the event. If there are special, extenuating situations, you may let me know and if I find that they are unavoidable, we can discuss rescheduling the shoot to a weekday.
